We do not accept order cancellations or issue refunds for orders claimed to have been placed by children without the authorisation, knowledge or permission otherwise, of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment Terms
We will not ship any order before full payment (including shipping fees) has been received. If in any event, your undue delay in providing full payment against an order placed results in our incurrence of fees, charges, costs or expenses otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you an additional, commensurate monetary fee in response.
